Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you sign up (via email/password, Google, Apple, or phone).
Property analysis data: addresses, financial inputs, notes, and saved properties you enter into the analyzer.
Payment information: handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card number. We receive limited billing details (e.g., subscription status, billing name/email) from Stripe.
Usage data: basic technical information such as device/browser type and interactions with the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: authenticate you, save and display your properties, process subscriptions, provide support, and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We share information only with providers needed to run Quanta: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Google Maps (address services). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

5. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights (California Consumer Privacy Act). Quanta is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We use industry-standard providers and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
