These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quanta (quantameridyan.com), a product of Meridyan Solutions, LLC ("Meridyan," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company. By accessing or using Quanta, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Quanta provides automated calculations and estimates for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs — including cap rate, cash-on-cash return, cash flow, GRM, mortgage payment estimates, property tax and insurance estimates, and interest rate figures — are estimates based on the data you enter and general assumptions, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, lending, or real estate advice, and no output creates an agency or advisory relationship with Meridyan or any of its members. Always verify figures independently and consult qualified professionals (lender, CPA, attorney, licensed agent) before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Quanta is a real estate ROI analysis tool. The core analyzer is free to use. A paid subscription ("Quanta Pro") unlocks additional features such as saving properties, notes, favorites, a properties dashboard, and side-by-side comparison. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to bypass payment or feature gating, scraping or bulk-extracting data, reverse engineering, reselling access, interfering with the service's operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Quanta may display data derived from third-party sources (e.g., address services, published interest rate surveys, tax estimates). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Rate figures for specific loan types may be estimates derived from benchmark data and are not lender quotes.
Quanta, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Meridyan Solutions, LLC. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERIDYAN SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
